Can Yoga for Premature Ejaculation REALLY Help?

In order to answer the question of premature ejaculation yoga, we first need to understand what yoga is and why should we want to incorporate yoga into our daily lives.
Once we’re able to take these facts into consideration we’ll have a better understanding of what’s causing us to have premature ejaculation.
From there we’re then able to identify the root of the cause and develop a detailed blueprint that fights these issues. What you must understand is that using yoga for premature ejaculation is only part of the equation. I would be lying to you if I told you that all you needed was yoga to cure this problem.
Premature ejaculation is a complex problem that requires a deep understanding of ones psychological and physiological functions, which I’m going to discuss with you in this post. My intentions with this post is to help you understand the “HOW” and the “WHY” yoga and premature ejaculation is a mixture that leads to success.
Keep in mind as you read the valuable information in this post that we’re identifying the relationship between premature ejaculation and yoga.

What is Yoga

I’m not going to bore you with the history behind yoga, but if you’re interested in learning more about this fascinating practice, a quick search in Google will pull up a wealth of information.
Yoga is a form of meditation, which it’s purpose is to help you gain full conscious control of your body – physically, mentally and spiritually, which puts you in a state of peace experience like none other. In short, yoga is a direct path to finding your true SELF filling you life up with complete abundance.
There are many different types of yoga that have their own unique practice focusing on specific areas of the body. Choose the style that best fits your life so that it’s easier for you to WANT to practice.Some of the positive outcomes of practicing yoga on a regular basis are:
* Breathing
*Body Alignment
* Increased Stamina
* Flexibility
* Detoxification
* Self-Inquiry
* Meditation
As you will soon find out, yoga for premature ejaculation is one of the missing puzzle pieces.
Why Do We Use Yoga?
If you know anybody who practices yoga on a daily basis, you’ll know that the reason they take the time to incorporate it into their lives is because they have either felt or feel like their life is out of sync.
That feeling can be from stress related issues such as being laid off from work, searching for a job, dealing with negative co-workers, struggling to pay bills, support your children, relationship problems, premature ejaculation or whatever it may be.
The issues the you’re facing in your life can make you feel overwhelmed and cause a great amount of tension in your body, which then turns to stress, anxiety, depression, poor judgment, loss of sex drive, procrastination, nervousness and everything else in-between.
When you begin to experience these unwanted problems, your mind, body and soul begins to shut down because the power of these negative are over powering our will to keep moving forward. It feels as if you have no control over your life. And it’s true, you HAVE lost control of your life.
At one point in my life I felt as if all hope was lost and any hope that I did have would not be strong enough to keep pushing me through the day. I felt congested with negative emotions and it seemed as if it was at ever corner.
When I say lost control, what I’m talking about are your Thoughts, Emotions and Actions. Not having control over these three functions does not allow for you to make any change or in simple terms, make correct decisions. Being able to make the CORRECT decisions is what’s going to help you cure premature ejaculation.
This is why people just like you and I make the extra effort to incorporate yoga into our lives. It allows us to take back control of our own body so that we can increase productivity, our relationships and our overall quality of life.
Your life can be completely turned around with as little as 30 minutes a day. What I find is that practicing yoga in the morning and at night. It will shorten the bridge to success.

How Premature Ejaculation Yoga Fit Together

Now that you know what and why we use yoga, I want to talk to you about the cause of premature ejaculation. This assuming you don’t have a medical condition that is causing the issue. If you think a medical conditions causing the issue see your doctor to make sure.
You may have heard that if you don’t last a certain amount of time in bed you have premature ejaculation. Or you might of heard that if you ejaculate before your partner in more then 50% of your sexual encounters you have premature ejaculation.
This is all false information; because premature ejaculation has noting to do with the amount of time you last in bed. The more accurate way to describe it is that you don’t have “Conscious Control” of your ejaculation.
Conscious control means that you intentionally intend to do something such as, releasing your ejaculation when you’re ready to, or, consciously focusing on enjoying the sexual connection between you and your partner instead of performance.
To prove this is a fact, think about the last time you had sexual intercourse. Did you consciously intend to not ejaculate but ended up ejaculating within the first couple minutes of penetration?
The reason that this happened is because we have programmed our brain to send out the wrong signals throughout the body. Once the signal is sent out there is no way to bring it back. We have to now reprogram the brain to send out the correct signal.
When you think about something, the brain searches through its database and finds the response that is normally associated with that thought. Then it sends the signal down the spine – the central nervous system, which the signal the other systems in the body to react a certain way.
A great example of this is premature ejaculation. We have programmed the brain to file premature ejaculation is the negative experiences file. Once we think about ejaculating to early, it sets off a train of reactions in the brain, which then allows for the brain to find that file and send out the signals.
You start to feel anxiety kicking in, your heart rate starts to increase, the body temperature begins to rise quick and thoughts of the possible outcome continue to flash through your head.
All these chemicals that have just mixed together are the ingredients that cause someone to ejaculate. If all this is happening to you before sexual intercourse and shortly after penetration, your going to ejaculate. Unfortunately society calls this premature ejaculation.
In order to have complete control of your ejaculation you need to consciously control your thoughts, emotions and actions. The only way for you to take control of these elements, you need to make the right decisions and the only way to make the right decisions is if you are in a relaxed state of mind.
I hope that your starting to see how premature ejaculation and yoga can make your life and your sexual life a whole lot better.
Yoga frees the body from any negative emotions and thoughts, which then allows for the mind to work properly and once the mind works properly, premature ejaculation is vanished from your life.
