Can Yoga Help?

Premature ejaculation yoga is fast catching on in the western world as a way to last longer in the bedroom. This method has of course been a well known method to use in countries where yoga plays a part of their everyday lives.

I will be covering a little about yoga and also the anxiety that can be a cause of loss of longevity plus reducing the problem with a specific form of premature ejaculation meditation. There is bound to be something here that will help to sort the problem out once and for all!


Anxiety and Premature Ejaculation
Anxiety isn’t necessarily the first thing that would occur to anyone as being part of the lovemaking session, unfortunately however it can be! If being able to last in the bedroom has been a problem in the past then the signs of anxiety may start to kick in as the urgency does.
Breathing patterns will change becoming more rapid, blood pressure will often increase as well as muscle contractions changing! At the point of climax the male will actually hold his breath for the duration. Here is where premature ejaculation yoga can help.

First of all what is yoga? Yoga helps to basically keep the body in balance. It majors on breathing and exercises to help bring this about. It’s a great option to use for long standing health related issues or for things like premature ejaculation. The best form of it to use is to controlling breathing patterns.

Using Pranayama to Prolong Intercourse

If possible prior to making love find a couple of minutes to do this very simple breathing exercise. Take a few slow breaths breathing in through the nose; make them as deep as possible to get plenty of oxygen intake.
The last breath should be the longest and should be held for several seconds. Following that exhale very slowly and as fully as possible, continue this pattern ideally for 4 or 5 repeats.
Premature ejaculation massage has been known to help so this is a great time to use it if it isn’t possible to do the breathing technique on your own quietly. Simply encourage your partner to do the massage as you do your breathing.
Premature ejaculation yoga is such a simple method to use that will have a great effect on how long it’s possible to last in the bedroom. This is especially true if the breathing technique is practiced at other times not just as lovemaking is about to begin.
