Dapoxetine which is being marketed as Priligy is not currently licensed for premature ejaculation in the UK although it is licensed for it in several European countries including Spain, Sweden, Austria, Italy and Germany.

How Much Does it Cost
A pack of three 30mg tablets costs £76 and a single oral tablet is taken one to three hours before sexual intercourse.
If you find the 30mg dose to be effective, Lloyds Pharmacy will supply you with 60mg tablets that you can cut in half reducing the cost to around £16 per tablet
How Effective is it
It delays the time taken to ejaculate following penetration by up to three times and is most effective about one to three hours after it is taken, although some men find its effect can last upto 24 hours.
Research shows that the oral form of Dapoxetine works for about 70% of men.
Are There Any Side-Effects
Yes there can be - most common side-effects are headache, nausea and dizziness and could affect about 10% of men. The risk of fainting is a less common but potentially more serious side effect.
Should You Take It
Taking a pill may seem like the magic bullet, but there are risks associated with it.
There are a number of techniques men can try first, which can be effective and do not have the side effects nor the cost associated with Dapoxetine.
So there you have it, Dapoxetine (Priligy) is now available in the UK and you now have the information you need before considering buying it. It's good to know it's available, but do weigh the pros and cons of using it beforehand and make sure you have exhausted all the other non drug alternatives first.
DApoxetine is not for me , massive headaches and fatigue. I got a recommendation for Promescent from my urologist in Newport and was a little apprehansiv ebecause he had heard it was good but had no first hand knowledge.

That is a great recommendation. I suffer from a more sever case of PE. I had become scared of sex because the thought in the back of my mind was that each woman when it came time to have sex would not want to be with me because of my condition.
